We are happy to announce our latest addition to the iconomix-team. Leonardo Regazzoni joins us as intern and will assist the permanent staff in their daily tasks.
Leonardo holds a BA in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a Master's in International Economic Policy from Sciences Po Paris. He has also studied classical piano for fourteen years, and is an avid fan of cinema.

The number of new Covid-19 cases is increasing rapidly, peaking and then declining. This is called the epidemiological curve. The annual wave of influenza takes the same course and the same development can be observed for Covid-19 in China and South Korea. The most important goal of the containment policy therefore remains the flattening of this curve in order to prevent the otherwise inevitable collapse of the health system.
