iconomix expands its range

Dear reader

iconomix starts back after the summer break with a new line-up in English. The English website now offers three modules and numerous à la carte elements. An information pack on the 2010 iconomix award will be available in September. We encourage you to check out the new additions to our website and to share them with your students. To find out more about integrating iconomix into your lessons, iconomix is holding a number of workshops around the country. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our English website is growing

iconomix has expanded its range in English. The website now offers three modules (common pool resources, basic monetary policy, advanced monetary policy). In addition, a whole range of new elements have been added to the à la carte section. So there’s lots for you to discover!

 

2010 iconomix award

Would you like your students to experience something unique and enriching, something that will help pave the way for their future careers? Why not encourage them to participate in the iconomix award, the nationwide contest run by the Swiss National Bank? An information pack on the award – now in its second year – will be available at the end of September. The pack comprises a flyer for teachers, info cards for students, a poster for the notice board and a DVD which includes a presentation, a sample certificate and a short film with highlights from the 2009 awards ceremony.
